By downloading or using Duo Themes (“the app”) you agree to these terms. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, supplemented by the terms below.

Use of the app

The app is free for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

Your content

Wallpapers and icons you create with the app are yours to use as your device wallpaper, icons or for personal sharing. Photos you add remain yours; you are responsible for having the right to use them.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working well but don't guarantee it will be error-free or available on every device or iOS version.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Trademarks

Apple, iPhone, iPhone Duo, iOS, App Store and Shortcuts are trademarks of Apple Inc. Duo Themes is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
